The North Carolina attorney general says agents found 460 labs in 2012.
That's up more than one hundred from 2011.
Authorities say most of those finds were one-pot labs.
North Carolina lawmakers are now looking into an electronic system used to track pseudoephedrine sales, which is a main ingredient in meth.
