Officers responded to a possible burglary and instead, they say they found a vehicle damaged by a screwdriver.
Johnson City Police arrested Felicia Taylor on Christmas Eve once they answered that burglary call.
What they found was damage to the victim's vehicle they say would cost over $500 to fix.
Police believe Taylor intentionally damaged the vehicle with a screwdriver. She's charged with felony vandalism.
