TAZEWELL COUNTY, Va. -

Sunday afternoon police arrested 27-year-old John O'Quinn, Jr.

We've learned O'Quinn walked away from the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Tazewell, Virginia Saturday morning.

Investigators believe O'Quinn got away while taking out the trash.

O'Quinn was in jail facing charges of burglary, convicted felon in possession of a firearm and fleeing from law enforcement.
