Johnson City police are looking for a suspect they said robbed the Cash For Gold store on West Market Street in Johnson City.

Police got the call around 10:20 Monday morning.

According to Sgt. Kevin Peters, a man came into the store, demanded money and jewelry, and then ran away.

"They're still working on the totals. He got a little bit of cash [and] a little bit of jewelry [but] right now we don't have the totals on it," said Peters.

Police said the suspect is a white male, about 5'9" in his 20's or 30's.
