The man hit by a car in Weber City, Virginia last month has died from his injuries.
According to Police Chief Phillip Lane, 20-year-old Dustin Lawson died Tuesday morning. Lane says Lawson ran out in front of traffic during a rain storm.
Chief Lane told us It happened during rush hour on Highway 23 on July 24.
Lane says no one will be charged in this case.
