1:22 p.m.: Ryan: 'We have so much energy in this country. Let's use it and get people back to work!'

1:20 p.m.: Ryan talked about taxes, small businesses, and Obama's record on both.

1:10 p.m.: Ryan started the rally by talking about the importance of coal.
