Old courthouse closed in Sullivan County

The old courthouse in Sullivan County is closed Monday.
According to County Mayor Steve Godsey's office, there was a water line break in the building and the basement is flooding.
The old courthouse, in Blountville, is where most county bills are paid. This is not where court is held.
