The Terry family got the most special Christmas present yesterday: their first child.
Caroline Jade Terry was born at 2:47 on Christmas morning, weighing 7 pounds and 9 ounces.
We learned Caroline was placed into the NIC unit after a stressful birth, but we found out she is doing great.
New mom Holly Terry told News 5 they are already noticing Caroline will have a big personality and her new baby girl is ready to be out of the unit. "She's showing signs that she's going to be feisty. I think she is ready to go home. She's pulled out her OG tube and 2 IVs so far," said Terry.
Terry told News 5 that holiday birthdays run in the family, saying her husband was born on Thanksgiving.
