A murder suspect has been brought back to Hawkins County from Florida and officially charged with first degree murder.
Sheriff Ronnie Lawson said Randy Edwin Harr of Kingsport was captured by U.S. Marshals in a wood area in Gainsville, Florida two weeks ago.
Harr faces first degree murder, aggravated burglary and aggravated arson charges connected to the death of 27-year old Christopher Varalli.
Lawson said Varalli was shot and poisoned with cyanide at his home in March 2012.
A second suspect, Lisa Harr, turned herself into police on charges of tampering with evidence and hindering officers from apprehending another person.
Randy Harr is being held without bond. No court date has been set.
