Milligan College receives new accreditation

MILLIGAN, Tenn. -

Milligan College's accreditation has been reaffirmed.

The Southern Association of Colleges and School Commission on Colleges approved Milligan through 2022.

We've learned the SACS Commission has accredited Milligan since 1960.

Milligan's president Dr. Bill Greer says SACS was very impressed during a visit to the school in March and had no recommendations. To gain or maintain accreditation, an institution must comply with the standards contained in the Principles of Accreditation: Foundations for Quality Enhancement.
