One person is in jail after a meth lab forces an evacuation at a Bristol, Virginia apartment complex.
Police say 48-year-old Harry Hunsucker is facing charges after a traffic stop lead to a search warrant.
Police say inside an apartment at Jones Manor, they found items used to make meth.
Residents of the apartment complex were asked to leave. Police say Hunsucker is charged with having meth, marijuana, and items used to make meth.
Residents at the apartment complex have been allowed to go back to their apartments.
