Meth lab discovered in Hawkins County

Hawkins County officers discovered a meth lab while conducting a welfare check.

Officers tell us Mark Gent was removed from the Rogersville home while officers recovered a one-pot meth lab along with materials used to make meth.

Gent was decontaminated and arrested.

He is charged with initiating the process of manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are housed, sold, or manufactured.
