Tennessee hospitals are concerned about proposals for medicare cuts.  They say the impact could have a ripple effect throughout the state.

The Tennessee Hospital Association released a study on the projected impact of medicare cuts already in place, as well as proposed cuts they say are being discussed in Washington, D.C.

They're projecting the cuts would cost communities across the state more than $13 billion during the next decade.

The hospital association tells us they broke down the projected impact by county for all 78-counties in the state that have hospitals. The full study and county-by-county breakdown are available at www.tha.com/tools/implan.
