A Washington County, Virginia man has been sentenced to 20 years in jail for a crash that killed his two-year-old son.
Aaccording to the Commonwealth's Attorney Nicole Price, 26-year-old Phillip Derek Watson will face ten years for each charge of child abuse, neglect and involuntary manslaughter.
Price says Watson was drunk and driving near Damascus, Virginia in July of 2010 when he crashed.
He will be eligible for probation in about three years.
