A medical condition leads to a crash in Kingsport.
Police tell us it happened shortly before noon Tuesday on Gravely Road.
We're told an investigation revealed a black Chevrolet S10 pick-up truck, driven by Franklin Cox, drove through a parking lot, down a hill and hit a tree in the backyard of someone's home.
It then hit a boat in the driveway before stopping.
Cox was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
We're told a medical condition was the cause of death.
No charges are pending.
