Man arrested on 9th driving offense

ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. -

Police arrested an Elizabethton man for his ninth offense of driving on a revoked license.

Jason R. Berry was arrested Thursday after he was stopped for speeding and officers noticed several prior offenses on his record. The officer said Berry's license were revoked due to eight prior offenses and he was previously declared an habitual offender.

During a search of his vehicle, officers also found viagra and cialis pills for which they say Berry did not have a prescription for.

He's charged with speeding, driving without insurance, driving on a revoked license and possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
