JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -

Johnson City police arrested a man they say had many items needed to make meth in his car.

We're told Kevin Tolley was arrested after a traffic stop on Marketplace Boulevard on Wednesday.

Officers say they found several pseudoephedrine pills, plastic tubing, drain cleaner and lithium batteries.

Those are all items used in setting up a meth lab.

Tolley was charged with the promotion of methamphetamine.
