Police in Johnson City arrest a man and two juveniles after getting a complaint about trespassing.
We're told the call came in Saturday afternoon near the Shoe Show on West Market Street.
Investigators say the discovered a car at the scene was reported stolen out of Chattanooga.
26-year-old Chattanooga, TN resident Joseph Farmer is facing charges of stolen property over a thousand dollars, aggravated criminal trespassing and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Farmer is in the Washington County Detention Center.
Two juveniles at the scene were arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen property over $1000 and Aggravated Criminal Trespassing. They're both in the Regional Juvenile Detention Facility.
