A man is facing charges after Johnson City police say he was stealing copper on Monday.

57-year-old Arnold Ebalo is charged with theft of property, vandalism and aggravated criminal trespassing.

Police say they got a call just after midnight Monday to Wilson Avenue.

They believe Ebalo was taking copper out of the heat pumps at that business.
