A man is accused of breaking into a woman's home and trying to take her medications.

21-year-old Cody Hicks, of Gray, Tennessee, was arrested after Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal says he broke into a home on Old Gray Station Road.

The sheriff says the victim came home while Hicks was still inside.  Hicks is also accused of pointing a gun at the victim and threatening to kill her if she called police.

Hicks left the home and was later arrested at an apartment on Pickens Bridge Road.
