Leaders attending a legislative luncheon in Blountville were treated to a tour of current construction at the Tennessee Technology Center in Elizabethton Monday.
The $16 million project is now underway at the main campus. The three new buildings will provide 95,000 square feet of training space for students.
Construction of those buildings is expected to be completed in September 2013.
