KINGSPORT, Tenn. -

Some residents in Kingsport will be without water Monday.

Most of those homes are on Gibson Mill Road.

City leaders say Elizabeth Street, Campbell Street and Rose Street will all have disruption as well.

They say water will be out from 8am-5pm

This outage is part of the Gibson Mill Road Improvement Project.
