A Kingsport man is facing charges, accused of breaking into a home Sunday night.
The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says after surveillance video captured his vehicle leaving a home on Bloomingdale Road, officers pulled over Randy Overbey in a traffic stop.
When questioned, officers say he told them he broke into that home and took a TV and numerous DVDs.
Overbey was then arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000.
