Virginia will pay respects to a state trooper shot to death on Interstate-85.
Master Trooper Junius A. Walker's funeral is set for Tuesday morning in Petersburg. The service will be followed by a private burial.
Meanwhile, prosecutors say they'll seek the death penalty for Russell Brown, III.
He's being held without bond.
