BRISTOL, Tenn. -

It was one-stop shopping for job seekers in Bristol on Wednesday.

The Foundation Event Facility, along with other sponsors, hosted a job fair at their room on State Street. More than 20 employers took applications, resumes, and questions from hundreds of job seekers.

Four colleges were also there, along with some training programs and other organizations, to answer questions about finding a new career.

For those on the hunt for a job, they said this is a great way to help them get a head start. "[I] put in my resume at different spots and filled out applications, and [I'm] getting more experience on making resumes," said Hunter Coy as he took a break from talking to potential employers at the job fair.

Officials running the event told us the crowd they got Wednesday was far bigger than they anticipated with about 800 people coming in by the day's end.
