Now that we're in the new year, you may have already received your W2's from your employer, and that means many people are getting a jump start on filing taxes.
We stopped by 'Liberty Tax' on State Street in Bristol to see what changes have been made this year.
Due to the fiscal cliff and some new tax laws, the IRS will not start accepting tax returns until January 30th.
However, we're told it's not too soon to get your returns prepared.
"The earlier they do that, the one's that file first are most likely going to get their returns back quicker," says Joey Smith, employee at Liberty Tax.
The deadline to file your taxes is April 15th.
