Holiday characters make charity run in Kiev

About 250 participants dressed as Father Frost -- the Slavic version of Santa Claus -- and other characters to make a charity run through the central streets of the Ukrainian capital of Kiev on Saturday.

A man presented a marriage certificate to visit someone in a detention center but police say he's now facing charges because the certificate was fake.
