Gas leak forces employees from business

BRISTOL, Va. -

A gas leak forced workers off the job in Bristol, Virginia this morning.

Firefighters were called to Federal Pacific on Cornet Drive in the industrial park just before 10:30 a.m.

Investigators say workers broke a small gas line inside the building.

Several employees were evacuated for a short time while crews made sure it was safe.

The gas line was quickly repaired and no one was hurt.
