A former Sullivan Central athletic director charged with two counts of aggravated statutory rape will not spend any time in jail.
Prosecutors say Brandon Krantz had a relationship with a 17-year-old student.
Krantz was given a sentence of four years on each count, but the judge decided to suspend those sentences and put Krantz on supervised probation. Krantz will be placed on the sex offender registry and must seek treatment.
As part of his probation, he will not be allowed to work at a job where he would supervise anyone under the age of 18.
