Flood waters improving in Washington County, TN
Residents in Dry Creek in Washington County, Tennessee are seeing water once again but not as much as they saw in August.
Assistant Emergency Management Director Chad Bruckman says conditions are improving.
He says they've checked almost every part of the county and the water is going down.
He says the rain slowing down on Wednesday certainly helped.
