The second season of the Farmer's Market at ETSU kicked off Thursday.
News 5 has learned that the first season was so successful that almost all the vendors came back this year.
Students and folks from around Johnson City can choose from 10 stands including fresh produce, baked goods, grass-fed beef and goat cheeses.
Volunteers say they are looking for more evaluations this year to better provide for the local consumers. "Figure out what students want to offer, what they need here, so they don't have to go anywhere to get it," said ETSU student David Blackley.
The market will be open every Thursday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. during the fall semester. They will be located in the parking lot between the DP Culp University Center and Roy S. Nicks hall.
