The American Red Cross is now helping three people in our area whose apartment caught on fire Friday morning.
The Kingsport fire marshal tells News 5 it started around 5:30 Friday morning at the Brandymill Apartments on East Stone Drive.
He says it appears a light bulb in an external storage closet caused the fire.
We're told most of the damage was on the decks and outside of a couple of apartments.
No one was hurt.
