A man accused of a double murder takes on a new attorney for the fourth time.
Leslie Ware, a co-defendant in the 2005 murders of Jeffrin Nolan and Terrance Alexander, will no longer be represented by attorney Bob Jessee.
Sullivan County assistant district attorney Gene Perrin told News 5 a motion or letter of complaint was filed. "The court found that there were irreconcilable differences between Mr. Ware and Mr. Jessee to prevent Mr. Jessee from continuing his representation," said Perrin.
Attorney Woody Smith is now appointed to represent Ware.
We're told the trial is still expected to begin in February.
