A Kingsport man accused of shooting another person is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.

Dalton Doran was charged with attempted murder when police say he tried to kill Richard Johnson in Sullivan County.

Police say Johnson was shot in the neck and upper body. Doran is scheduled to be in court Tuesday at one p.m.
