SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. -

The Sullivan County Board of Education will meet Thursday night to hear the director of school's recommendation for rezoning.

There are three proposals on the table and some of them mean schools could close.

Dr. Jubal Yennie said he's considering all the alternatives. "I'm looking at a lot of things: It's dollar and cents, it's projections and enrollments, it's education programs as well," he said.

The school board will have a work session at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Northeast State Performing Arts Center. They will take public comments.

The board is scheduled to vote on a decision March 28.
