Deputies make synthetic drug arrest

HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn. -

Hawkins County sheriff's deputies make an arrest after finding synthetic drugs.

 Officers arrested 22-year-old Curtis Roy Triplett, Junior. 

 He’s charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Investigators initially went to the home to investigate a Department of Children's Services report that children were being exposed to drugs.

Officers tell News 5 Triplett was arrested after they found synthetic marijuana in the home.
