Damascus Middle School locked down as precaution

The Washington County, Virginia Sheriff's Office tells us Damascus Middle School locked down Wednesday morning as a precaution.
Sheriff Fred Newman says officers responded to a domestic situation at a home near the school that possibly involved a gun.
He says students were safe.
Newman says the lock down was lifted as soon as deputies arrested the suspect.
No other information was available.
