Crash involving tractor sends one to the hospital

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. -

A car crashed into a tractor Sunday, causing it to flip on top of the driver.

The crash happened about 5:00 Sunday evening in Washington County, Tennessee on Old State Route 34 near Clyde Miller Road and Max Cloyd Lane.

Dispatchers say the driver of the car ran from the scene, but police did catch up with the driver and charges are pending.

The driver of the tractor was taken to the hospital.
