Crash blocking part of I-81 South

Traffic is slow this morning on Interstate 81 southbound in Sullivan County.
Emergency crews tell us the crash happened around 8:00 a.m. between the Tennessee Welcome Center and the Exit 74 off ramp.
We've learned there is a power line down in the area as well.
Drivers are urged to allow extra time or find another route.
