Club security worker arrested, accused of assault

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -

Police say a security officer for a Johnson City club was arrested after seriously injuring another person in the bar.

Police say Jacob Cole was providing security at Club 112 and that's where authorities say he assaulted a customer.

Police say the victim was taken to Johnson City Medical Center's Intensive Care Unit. No word on that person's condition.

Cole is charged with aggravated assault. He's in the Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
