JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -

Johnson City Police arrested a man they say broke into a business on West Market Street.

39-year-old Seth Barush is charged with aggravated burglary.

Police say they got a call to Cappy's Apex at 3 o'clock Tuesday morning about a burglary.

They believe Barush had tried to get into the business through a window. They say he was still inside when police got there.

Barush was arrested shortly after police say he tried to escape out the back door.
