Bristol, Virginia police are investigating a late-night stabbing.
They say they arrested 26-year-old Robby Musick. He's charged with malicious wounding and was in jail without bond Wednesday afternoon.
They tell us the victim, Bill Lovell, was taken to the hospital where he underwent surgery. Police believe he will survive but are currently not sure of his condition.
The stabbing happened just before midnight on Oak View Circle.
