Bristol, TN Police search for armed robbery suspect

Bristol, Tennessee authorities are investigating a robbery that happened about 3:45 Friday afternoon at a Cash Express on Volunteer Parkway. 

Police tell us a man came into the store with a gun and demanded money.

"He left on foot heading south on the parkway.  At this point in time we have k-9 out around the scene looking.  They are doing a search and trying to pick up a trail for our suspect," says Det. Mike Anderson.

Police tell us they are looking for a white man in his late 20's to mid 30's, around 5'9 to 6-feet tall, 170 to 180 pounds.

Witnesses say he was wearing a light gray zip-up hoodie, dark colored cap, dark pants, and large, dark colored sunglasses.
