It's hard to believe but Bristol's free Friday night concert series, Border Bash, is entering it's 14th year.
The lineup for this year's concerts, held the first and third Friday from May through August, were announced Friday.
Each band playing the series is also featured during Rhythm & Roots in the fall.
The family-friendly events have grown through the years. "We've grown. I can remember the days when we used of have 25 people. Now we're up to thousands. On the average of about a thousand people on Friday night that's why we've had to grow in terms of using the entire street," said Vicie Dotson, promotions chairman with Believe In Bristol.
Those performing the first Friday of each month will also play Saturday night at a free concert at Big Glades in Wise.
The state street concert the first Friday of July will be held at Cumberland Square Park as part of the city's Fourth of July celebration.
