A Bristol, Tennessee woman charged with disorderly conduct and a noise ordinance violation is scheduled to be in court today.
Police say she was playing music too loud, but Jones says its part of the way she worships the lord.
54-year-old Betty Jones says she spends five hours every Sunday praising the lord at her home with song, dance, and the gospel of Johnny Cash, The Judds, Randy Travis, and Elvis Presley.
But police say they were called to the house three times in two days earlier this year because the music was so loud.
The Bristol, Tennessee noise ordinance states any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise is prohibited.
