A local business is really taking off, and that means more jobs for our area.
It was announced on Thursday that Bell Helicopter will expand its Piney Flats facility. Governor Bill Haslam says this represents a $10 million investment by the company, which is expected to create up to 125 new jobs.
Bell bought a 150,000 square foot building near its present site for the added workers.
The company makes commercial and military helicopters.
