One Arrested, One Sought In Kingsport Vandalism
POSTED: 5:55 pm EDT September 9, 2010KINGSPORT, Tenn. -- Kingsport police have arrested a man they say was caught on a home security camera vandalizing cars in the Lynn Garden community.Brandon Rogan is accused of burglary and vandalism in a number of incidents. Police say it's Rogan in home security video slashing tires.They are still investigating several similar incidents in the same area. They say another man was also caught on surveillance video and believe he may have information that could help them."We would like for neighbors and any others that may know the identity of the other man to let us know so we can interview him and see what his knowledge of it is," said Randy Murray.If you have any information contact the Kingsport Police Department.
