Automotive Plant In Lebanon, Virginia To Close

International Automotive Components Group phasing out the plant.

International Automotive Components Group says it is phasing out operations at its Lebanon, Virginia plant by year's end.

A company spokesman tells News 5 that 92 hourly and 21 salaried employees will be impacted.

The company says it has too much capacity due to the slow recovery in the automobile industry.

The Lebanon plant manufactures interior components for cars.

I-A-C doesn't expect the automobile industry to get back to normal until 2016.
