Sometimes not even celebrities can get a Hollywood ending when it comes to romance. Take Cher and Gregg Allman for example. When the two music stars got married on a whim 40 years ago on June 30, 1975, even the most pessimistic couldn't have seen Cher filing for divorce less than two weeks later on July 10, 1975. The only thing that keeps the one-time couple from making our list of the shortest celebrity marriages is the fact they reconciled and remained married for four years.
