We?ve learned 25-year-old Julian Mozo is facing charges after police say he entered an apartment on Timberlake Road Friday night.
According to police, Mozo was drunk and refused to leave.
A female victim at the apartment tried to leave, but was allegedly thrown into the wall and hit in the back of the head.
Mozo was arrested after a traffic stop Sunday morning.
He?s charged with domestic assault and felony domestic vandalism.
Mozo is expected in a Washington County, TN courtroom May 29 at 9 am.
